Late Night Inspiration: Van Gogh

Sitting here at 11:00 PM. It's late but I am in my scrap space. I have a page to make for Scrapbook News and Review. Over time, I have pinned a lot of ideas on Pinterest and bookmarked a lot of pages. There are so many techniques I want to try. It's time to do just that!
